10/6/2014 2 Comments Monday and so much to say!![]() Namaste- since Saturdays workshop so much has happened!! Alot of soul searching during that day, getting in touch with your inner child and connecting with lots of other women who have suffered years of pain. The 'mother wound' was an intense but uplifting workshop. Encouragement of: 1 Nurturing ourselves every day, 5 minutes a day is all we need! 2 Value- acknowledge who you are. Meditate, sit and be with yourself. Write a list of everything you've done in life so far - small and big! HONOUR IT! 3 Get excited! Think up something you'd love to do, a dream that stokes your fire. Just do it! 4 Connect to your feelings- cry, get angry but listen and let them come out and notice any triggers 5 The power of the PAUSE- just allow some pauses. Appreciate the little things 6 Notice what triggers your emotions and use this to help you begin to heal. Look after you 7 top tip- a healed person means we can stand stronger and feel more connected www.womboflight.com Sunday was Seva day! Out in the open picking litter and helping out in a community garden - and hugging trees of course with soul sister and entrepreneur 'Mel' or Summer Soulove which is her other name! she's truly talented!. It felt good and the sun was fully out so it was gorgeous once again to be around trees! Loved the energy around the area so much it could be a new venue possibility, and has a tea room and fresh produce to sell! Keep watching as workshop news is coming soon!
