3 Get excited! Think up something you'd love to do, a dream that stokes your fire. Just do it!
4 Connect to your feelings- cry, get angry but listen and let them come out and notice any triggers
5 The power of the PAUSE- just allow some pauses. Appreciate the little things
6 Notice what triggers your emotions and use this to help you begin to heal. Look after you

Sunday was Seva day! Out in the open picking litter and helping out in a community garden - and hugging trees of course with soul sister and entrepreneur 'Mel' or Summer Soulove which is her other name! she's truly talented!. It felt good and the sun was fully out so it was gorgeous once again to be around trees! Loved the energy around the area so much it could be a new venue possibility, and has a tea room and fresh produce to sell!
