Meditation is a tool for achieving inner quietness, experiencing stillness of the mind, and can lead us to a clearer more purposeful being. A calmer clearer person makes sounder decisions in life - so I believe this is a tool for greatness.
Monthly retreat evenings provide a beautiful opportunity to relax, switch off and be present. You get to try different methods to then use at home - there are so many different ways to being stillness and focus into your life and I share this each month. Self-study is important in building a new positive habit for long lasting wellbeing, so I try to make this achievable and possible for the busy lives that we are often trying to keep up with. These evenings are a really great way to be guided and lead, and to explore for yourself.

Each time we come together there are new opportunities to feel into how you honestly are, to let go, to acknowledge this and look at changing that. I blend my love of essential oils, journaling and coaching as well as meditation and visualisation techniques. People leave feeling lighter, calmer, more motivated and inspired!
