Meditation is a Tool for quietness, stillness of the mind and can be accessed different ways.  Monthly retreat evenings provide the opportunity to try different methods to then use at home.  Self-study is important in building a new positive habit for long lasting wellbeing. 

Monthly Meditation Retreat evenings- moving into your own stillness and peace

These have been running since 2015.  I re-named these as 'retreat' evenings, as I felt this was what they were beginning to shape into.  Seeing that people were coming and really enjoying and soaking up the opportunity to 'just be', 'to surrender & let go', to have the space of not 'doing' all the time.  

Ideal for beginners or current students -we can all start somewhere
and deepen as we grow on this journey into knowing ourself
being at peace and de-stressing our life - from the inside

Its very beautiful to see, and to hear people saying how amazing they feel afterwards.

The evenings always take place at Thievesdale Communty Centre in Worksop, Off Farmers Branch, S810XS.  They are 7-9pm and are priced at £20 unless there is a special guest involved, which will be around £25.

Meditation 'Me Time' with some added Twinkle of Diwali - Thur 10th November 7-9pm

Another evening where we will thread some ancient teachings and philosophy to bring about the internal calm, letting go and leave feeling lighter, less stressed and generally more in control.  Diwali is a special time in India, and its a time of renewal, celebration of the new season and a time to welcome the coming months- like our new year.  Business transactions and dreams start to take their first forms around this time of year. Its a time to break barriers and do those things you want to.  Believe in the person you are, you want to be.  Lord Ganesha is a very important Hindu God during Diwali so it wouldn't be the same without him either!

Self-care and de-stressing is an attitude we have to adopt to live a life that is on purpose, with energy and vigour  providing more richness and happiness. We will practice breathing techniques, simple meditations to keep our focus and concentration and honour the time of year and whether we want to set some intentions for ourselves.

Bring a small candle or Tealight with you. Mats can be provided.  Wrap up warm too!

I'm so excited to be welcoming back the wonderfully talented and lovely Gregg Chapman.  Co-creating a lovely 2 hour session of pure nurturing, healing and calm.   Its ok to take this time out, our body and mind need it.  

​During these sessions you get comfortable, you drink in the teachings and maybe some of what I say you will take away, or maybe save for some other time in your life- but these are from my heart.  Helping us to rid ourselves of the drama or thought and action.  Be kinder to ourselves and others.  Feel good about life!  Regardless of its twists and turns we can embrace happiness and love - this is our pure essence after all.

SPRING Detox your life!!  Yoga, meditation and Didge sound therapy evening  31st March

This session we welcome Spring with open arms!!  Lets shrug off the winter and begin to think about sowing seeds for new growth.  What do we want to let go of that might be holding us back.  The Yoga postures will gently open up our body and give a nice detox.  The meditation and Breath work will help us calm and refresh, ready for a super relaxing sound bath with Gregg Chapman the talented unique energise who uses the Didgeridoo.  

What a great way to spend your evening.  Again the emphasis is on you and your self care.  This event will be very popular so please get in touch to book. £20pp,  7-9pm at Thievesdale Community Centre, Worksop.  

An evening of self care - appreciate yourself, be the love that you are... Thursday 25th February 7-9pm £14 - meditation, self-development and stillness with me!

This is an invitation to the inner you, to feel at peace- from the inside, to connect to the inner you that flourishes, to the inner you that has all the answers.  If we can find this inner strength, this inner sanctuary there is peace and love, and clarity.  We can deal with the adversities of life so differently once we have learned and experienced inner peace and calm.  We can appreciate its power.  

Once you put yourself first, take 2 hours out you will begin to see the immediate benefits this has on you, and the people around you- your outside world.  Your attitude to life itself.  These sessions are very powerful on all levels.  I have seemed this knowledge on my own journey, through great inspiring teachers and through my own experience of using tools to transform to who I am today with self confidence, love and peace.  I share this with you in these sessions.

Here we are, 2016!  WOW.    How ready are we for this new year?  Do we want this year to be better for us?.....

We are so good at holding on to stuff from the past.  Usually the negative, sad and difficult times sit in our hearts heavy.  We carry them on, often creating ourselves further stress and heartache.  We need time to heal, but sometimes we need to just learn the skill of letting go, see the past as lessons make us stronger and more grateful for what we have. Celebrate the good too!!

Juggling a busy life is part of the modern world we live in which often leaves little time for reflection, to file in our minds what we can leave behind and what we can focus on for our future, with a loving, heartfelt approach towards ourselves, and others.   Connecting, finding the inner peace is the journey we are going on during this evening.  Sharing positive mind tools and teachings, hoping that you will be inspired and much more clearer about your year ahead.

Gregg will close the evening with a cleansing and healing sound bath using various didgeridoo- powerful and soothing.  He is an expert in his field and travels all over the country with his passionate talented work.  See more about Gregg and his amazing business
