Meditation is a tool for achieving inner quietness, experiencing stillness of the mind, and can lead us to a clearer more purposeful being. A calmer clearer person makes sounder decisions in life - so I believe this is a tool for greatness.
Monthly retreat evenings provide the opportunity to try different methods to then use at home. Self-study is important in building a new positive habit for long lasting wellbeing.
Each time we come together there are new opportunities to feel into how you honestly are, to let go, to acknowledge this and look at changing that. I blend my love of essential oils, journaling and coaching as well as meditation and visualisation techniques. People leave feeling lighter, calmer, more motivated and inspired!
